We work under non-disclosure agreement.
We publish no client names, figures or images from the developments we take part in. That is a condition of the engagement, not a gap on this page: people hire us partly because their project does not appear anywhere.
In a meeting, under agreement.
The non-disclosure agreement is signed at the first meeting, before you describe anything. The protection we apply to your project is the same one we apply to earlier ones, which is why detail on comparable engagements is not published.
What we do, once the conversation advances, is walk through projects with the same kind of problem — not necessarily the same sector — and explain what was decided in each phase and why. That is more useful than a logo in a grid, because what needs assessing is the judgement, not the client list.
Discuss your projectHow a project comes in.
- Undeveloped idea
- The concept exists and little else. It enters at phase 01 and frequently stops there: the cheapest possible outcome, and often the right one.
- Working prototype
- The solution is technically proven but neither sized nor costed. It enters at phase 02 and usually needs the full cycle.
- Catalogue product with no margin
- It is made and sold, but the margin never appears. It enters at phase 03, with a bill of costs that almost always locates the cost somewhere other than expected.
- Product ready, no capacity
- The development is closed and the organisation cannot manufacture it. It enters at phase 04, oriented towards a licence or an industrial partner.
An engagement does not always end in a factory.
The organisation manufactures, with the line sized and the tooling defined in phase 04.
A third party manufactures to specification, with an approved supplier panel and defined quality control.
The development is transferred to someone with installed capacity, and the return arrives as a royalty on units or on turnover.
The data does not support it. The reasoning is documented and the project closes, having spent one phase instead of an investment.

Figures for projects, filings and industrialised products will be published once verified. We would rather show a dash than a number we cannot stand behind.
Tell us where the project stands.
A thirty-minute conversation is enough to establish which phase your development enters at and what it would take to close it. We sign the non-disclosure agreement before you describe anything.
