Data processed and purpose
We process only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: full name, company, role, email address, telephone, sector, project status and the content of your message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry, maintain the contact arising from it and, where applicable, prepare a proposal of services. We do not build profiles and we take no automated decisions.
Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent, given expressly by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form, and on pre-contractual measures requested by you. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Retention
We retain the data for as long as is necessary to answer the enquiry and, where a contractual relationship arises from it, for its duration and the periods required by law. Where no relationship arises, the data is deleted one year after the last contact.
